Information you choose to share
A table request asks for your name, telephone number, visit date and time, party size and optional notes. We also store a request identifier, submission time and booking status. Please do not include medical, payment or other sensitive information in the notes field. Discuss allergies directly with the restaurant.
Why we use it
We use booking details to review availability, contact you about your request and manage your visit. The form asks for your agreement before submission. We do not use booking details for advertising or newsletters. Submitting a request does not create an account or take payment.
Who can access your details
The authorised restaurant manager can view booking requests. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver pages and store booking information and restaurant images. These service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs to operate and secure the service.
Owner sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. The management area checks an authorised account before allowing access. The public restaurant site does not display guest booking details.
Retention
The website removes booking records whose visit date is more than 90 days in the past when the booking service is used or the manager opens the booking inbox. You can also request earlier deletion. Technical hosting logs and provider records follow the providers’ own retention policies. Copies the restaurant keeps outside this website, if any, are handled separately.
To reduce spam, the booking service creates a temporary hashed request key from the network address and current hour. Its record expires after approximately one hour and is removed during subsequent booking activity.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about your information, request access or correction, seek deletion, or withdraw agreement to future use. We may need to verify the request before sharing or changing personal information. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed. Rights and applicable exceptions depend on the law governing the request.
If you prefer not to submit a form, you can telephone the restaurant. For a privacy concern that we cannot resolve, you can contact the competent data protection authority.
Other websites and international processing
Wolt, Instagram, Facebook and Google links open third-party services. They apply their own privacy and cookie policies. When you choose to play the restaurant reel, an Instagram player loads and Instagram may receive technical information or set cookies. No Instagram player loads before you select Play. We do not add separate advertising or analytics trackers. Our infrastructure providers may process information in other countries; see OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about their processing.
